اثر کاربرد کودهای آهن دار و بوتامیسول بر برخی صفات سیب‌زمینی (Solanum tuberosum L)

چکیده

به‌ منظور بررسی تأثیر محلول‌ پاشی اسیدهای آمینه و کاربرد نانو ذرات وکلات آهن بر درصد پروتئین، درصد آهن، تعداد استولن غده ­زا، تعداد غده­ های متوسط، تعداد غده در بوته، شاخص برداشت، عملکرد بیولوژیک و عملکرد غده قابل فروش سیب‌زمینی، آزمایشی به­ صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی موسسه منابع طبیعی شهرستان دماوند در سال1392 انجام شد. فاکتور اول اسید آمینه بوتامیسول 45 درصد (با غلظت چهار در هزار) در دو سطح کاربرد و عدم کاربرد اسید آمینه و فاکتور دوم کود آهن در پنج سطح عدم استفاده (شاهد)، کاربرد خاکی نانو ذرات آهن (10 کیلوگرم در هکتار)، محلول‌پاشی نانو ذرات آهن (با غلظت سه در هزار)، کاربرد خاکی (10 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و محلول‌پاشی نانوذرات آهن (با غلظت سه در هزار) به صورت توام، کاربرد خاکی (150 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و محلول‌پاشی کلات آهن (با غلظت سه در هزار) بودند. نتایج نشان داد تأثیر اسیدآمینه و کودآهن بر همه صفات معنی‌دار بود. کاربرد اسید آمینه نسبت به شاهد، نتیجه بهتری در صفات مورد بررسی داشت. در بین سطوح کود آهن نیز کاربرد خاکی و محلول‌پاشی نانو ذرات آهن بهترین نتیجه را در صفات مورد بررسی حاصل کرد. کاربرد نانو ذرات آهن (به هر دو روش خاکی و محلول‌پاشی) نسبت به مصرف کلات آهن تأثیر بهتری در بیشتر صفات داشت. مقایسه میانگین اثرات متقابل اسیدآمینه و کودآهن نشان داد کاربرد اسید آمینه و محلول‌پاشی و کاربرد خاکی نانو ذرات آهن بهترین نتیجه را در صفات درصد پروتئین، درصد آهن، متوسط وزن تک غده، عملکرد بیولوژیک و عملکرد اقتصادی داشت.

چکیده [English]

To evaluate the effect of amino acids and nano particles and application of iron chelate on some quantitative traits, harvest index and marketable tuber yield of potato a factorial experiment based on randomized complete block design with three replications was conducted at Research Field of Damavand Natural Resources Institute in 2013. The first factor was amino acid (Botamisol 45%) at two levels (application and non- application) and the second factor was iron fertilizer in five levels: without iron fertilizer (control), the soil application, the foliar application, the soil + foliar applications, the soil + foliar applications. The results of variance analysis showed that all of the attributes studied were affected by using both amino acid and iron containing fertilizer (nano and chelate) significantly at the 1% level of probability. Mean comparisons also showed that the attributes under study positively responded to amino acid applications. The soil and foliar applications of iron nano particles were higher effective. This indicates that application of iron nano particles were more effective on desired attributes than iron chelate application. Amino acid and iron fertilizer interactions indicated that traits like protein and iron percentage, average weight of tuber, biological yield and marketable yield responded quite positively to amino acid and nano-iron foliar and soil applications.
